Does your club receive Rate Relief? If so, you should read on...

  • Local Authorities are beginning the process of auditing clubs who obtain Rate Relief, either under the Discretionary rate scheme, or through the CASC scheme. The purpose of such an audit will usually be described as a ‘Review of Entitlement’ to the rate relief. This will result in either:
    1. The Status Quo being preserved
    2. Reduction in the amount of relief obtained by your club
    3. Removal of your club's entitlement altogether
